who are we ?
OncoGen is a private owned biotechnology company providing services in oncogenetics since January 2007. OncoGen is specialized in high-definition whole-genome SNP genotyping of human cancers.
OncoGen develops Oncobase, a free access database in human oncogenetics compiling data from conventional cytogenetics, CGH analysis and molecular biology.
OncoGen final goal is to discover new cancer loci and cancer genes that could permit to identify new therapeutic targets and personalize anti-cancer therapeutics.
